Paige has been a cannabis industry professional for nearly a decade. She is a co-founder and the Chief Operating Officer of Organic Farmacy Management, LLC, a cannabis business management and consulting company based out of Maryland. She has written multiple medical cannabis state licensing applications for a number of successful teams, and continues to help shape the burgeoning cannabis industry through her management and consulting services. She is also the COO of woman-owned MBE company Hippocratic Growth, LLC, which holds a dispensary license in Maryland. Paige graduated with a B.S. from Villanova University.
Michael is a finance and operations professional with over 18 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions. He was previously a Director at Lincolnshire Management, a private equity firm where he conducted acquisitions with $1.7 billion of capital under management. He also has extensive experience in the venture capital space from his previous tenure at Wachovia Bank, where he completed investments in over a dozen early-stage companies. Michael has served as an officer and board member for companies across a broad range of industries, including advertising, aviation, food and beverage, education, media and transportation. Michael is also the financial advisor for S.H.E. Globl Media, which helps to empower women to help change the world. Michael received his B.A. from Princeton in 1998.

Ashley Herr has been heavily involved in the cannabis industry for over 10 years. Her early experiences in the northern California cannabis market helped shape her goal of promoting women in the industry and focusing on the need to promote clinical trials for medical research. Ashley is the CEO and co-founder of Organic Farmacy Management, LLC, a cannabis business consulting and management company. She also is the CEO of Maryland-based company Hippocratic Growth, LLC, which received licensing to operate a dispensary in Maryland. Ashley is no stranger to starting businesses, she ensures each of their successes through dedication and endless hard work. Ashley graduated with a B.S. from Washington College.
